I provide either "full representation" or "limited representation".  Full representation means I handle expungement of your criminal record during each stage of the process.  Limited representation means I do not represent you in a court hearing, but I do review your case and prepare the necessary court documents for you.  Limited Representation is offered at a reduced cost.  Please contact me for further information, or if you have questions about "full representation" or "limited representation".

I respect the people I assist whether on a full or limited representation basis.  That is why we will agree on a legal fee, what it covers, and the amount you will pay in advance.  Up front and in the open.  The agreement will then be confirmed in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
